What Your Service Covers

Our service is structured in two parts: core visa placement services and a five-year employment guarantee. Here is what each part includes.

Core Service

Covered by the primary service fee

Provide and secure a 482 employer nomination on your behalf

Provide and secure a 186 employer nomination on your behalf

RedBridge does not participate in salary negotiations between you and the employer

Your specific job duties and compensation are determined directly between you and the employer

A 5-year employment contract is included as part of the arrangement

Service Guarantee

5-year employment support & continuity

The service guarantee covers employment continuity and proactive management throughout your five-year service period, ensuring you remain in genuine, paid employment.

Regular check-ins with the employer to confirm your active on-site presence and role performance

Periodic salary review every 3–6 months to ensure continued compliance and market alignment

If you are unable to continue in your current position due to a role mismatch, we will assist with a job adjustment or employer transfer to maintain your genuine employment status throughout the service period

Verify every employer before presenting them to clients - sponsorship approval status, genuine vacancy, and salary against TSMIT are checked by our team.

Give you an honest eligibility assessment at the free consultation, including telling you clearly if you don't yet qualify for a 482 application.

Work with a MARA registered legal partner in the same office. Insight Idea's Registered Migration Agent (MARN: 1467870) is based at the same Docklands address as RedBridge.
